- Avoid excessive heat or moisture.

Recipe
 

Crema

Powder : Water - 1 : 2.5

Add 60g Crème Brûlée Powder and 150ml water into a blender

Turn to crema mode and whisk until whipped

Pour into your choice of Tea

Gently torch the top to get a delightfully crunchy crust

Bonus: For Walling paste, adapt a 1:1 ration for powder and water

 

Pudding 

Powder : Water : Whipping Cream - 1 : 3 : 2.5 

Heat water and whipped cream until it boils. Switch to low heat. 

Pour the Crème Brûlée powder, stirring briskly to avoid lumps. Turn off heat once done. 

Pour into design molds. Freeze Overnight. 

Drizzle brown sugar. Enjoy the pudding!
